What you get when you buy CX Wala.

What you are buying

An annual licence to install and use CX Wala, at the price shown in your currency. You pay for the year in full, in advance, or in 12 monthly instalments, each invoiced in advance. Paying for the year in full costs at least 15% less than 12 instalments. If you pay in instalments, you owe the whole year once the licence starts. Stopping the instalments doesn't cancel what's owed. Your licence renews into the next year by default, paid the same way. You can turn renewal off on your licence screen before the year ends. While card payments aren't open, renewal sends you an invoice. It never charges a card.

• One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
• The seat moves. If you install on a new computer, the seat goes there. The old computer's dashboard has a button to take it back.
• For as long as you like. The licence does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow.

Who can buy

You can buy CX Wala if you live in, or your company is incorporated in, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the United States. CX Wala asks where before you buy, and won't sell anywhere else. If your company has branches or subsidiaries in the Gulf, you may use CX Wala for their work too. Your company buys the licence and holds it.

Its rules read English words. A message in another language, such as Arabic, is left unsorted for you to sort, and a complaint written in it isn't marked as one.

Who you buy from, and tax

You buy from Polyglyph Analytica Ltd. Stripe processes the payment for us. It is not the seller.

Our list prices are before tax. At checkout, Stripe Tax adds any VAT or sales tax due, worked out from your billing address. If you buy for a business and give its tax number, the reverse charge applies and no tax is added. We send your invoice and receipt.

At checkout you agree to these terms. If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and have a full refund. You keep this right even after you've downloaded CX Wala. After 30 days, your one-year contract commitment becomes final and irrevocable, instalments included.

Trying it first

You can use CX Wala free for fourteen days from the first time you use it, with nothing to pay and no card asked for. When the trial ends it stops until you buy.

Updates

Your licence includes every update while it is paid up. Each paid instalment brings a month of updates. A year paid in full brings twelve months. New versions arrive on their own. If an instalment is missed, or the year ends, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow, and it shows that it is missing security and product updates. New versions stop arriving, security fixes included. Reaching the dashboard from your phone stops too, because it runs for as long as updates do. Paying what's owed, or for a new year, brings the updates back. The software always works without a current licence, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. Only the updates stop. We don't keep a card on file.

What CX Wala does not do

• It never sends email on its own. It reads your support mailbox. It sends a reply only when you press Send it on a reply you approved, through the sending server you gave your mailbox. Otherwise you send every reply yourself, from your own mail program.
• It never approves a reply. Its agents draft and check replies. Approving one is always yours.
• It does not check your policies. A reply may only say what your knowledge base says, and you answer for what your knowledge base says.

It uses your own Claude subscription. CX Wala is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Claude's own terms and usage limits apply to it. CX Wala is not affiliated with Anthropic.

Your customers' messages

CX Wala keeps your customers' messages on your computer, and your own Claude reads them when its agents work on a case. You decide what goes into CX Wala and you are responsible for your customers' data under the law that applies to you.

What you may not do

You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute CX Wala or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.

You may change the instructions CX Wala's agents follow, for your own use of CX Wala. You may not change CX Wala, or any part of it, so that it does work another Polyglyph Analytica product does, or uses a feature, rule pack or capability your licence doesn't include. If a copy has been changed in this way, its check fails and it stops working, and we don't support it. Restoring the copy we supplied makes it work again. The licence check tells us whether your copy has been changed. It never sends what you changed.

Refunds

If you buy as a consumer, 14 days from purchase, in full, no questions, even after you've downloaded CX Wala. You can get a full refund of a licence year within 30 days of its start. After 30 days, your one-year contract commitment becomes final and irrevocable, instalments included. We refund to your payment method. The refund policy has the whole of it.

No warranty

CX Wala is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that its rules read every message correctly, that a reply time is right for your business, or that it is free of errors. The category, tone and complaint mark are readings of the words a customer used, by fixed rules, and they can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.

Your data

Everything CX Wala works on stays on your computer. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
